<div>Job Summary 
We are looking for an attentive and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Records Clerk to support our data management and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining records across various systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>
Enter, update, and verify information in databases and internal systems.</li>
<li>Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting.</li>
<li>Organize, categorize, and maintain digital records and files.</li>
<li>Assist with routine data audits to ensure accuracy and quality standards.</li>
<li>Retrieve information upon request and provide support to team members.</li>
<li>Identify data inconsistencies and correct errors when necessary.</li>
<li>Follow established procedures for data handling and documentation.</li>
<li>Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications<ul>
<li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in business, data entry, or administration is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.</li>
<li>Basic computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets, word processing, and data entry tools.</li>
<li>Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li>
<li>Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.</li>
<li>No prior experience required&mdash;training provided.</li>
