Job Title: Junior Purchase ExecutiveDepartment: Procurement / Supply ChainQualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical EngineeringRequired Experience: 3&ndash;5 YearsKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source and procure mechanical components, fabrication items, castings, and other engineering materials as per technical drawings and specifications.</li><li>Interpret mechanical and fabrication drawings to ensure procurement accuracy and vendor understanding.</li><li>Identify and evaluate new suppliers for cost, quality, and reliability; maintain approved vendor lists.</li><li>Negotiate with vendors for the best possible prices, terms, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Prepare, issue, and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and material availability.</li><li>Coordinate with production, quality, design, and stores departments to align procurement activities with operational requirements.</li><li>Conduct supplier audits and assist in QMS (Quality Management System) documentation and compliance with ISO 3000 standards.</li><li>Maintain procurement data, vendor performance reports, and cost analyses using Power BI and MS Excel.</li><li>Participate in internal and external quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company procurement procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of machine components, fabrication, and casting processes</li><li>Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings</li><li>Understanding of ISO 3000 and QMS-Audit procedures</li><li>Data analysis and reporting skills using Power BI and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Good knowledge of ERP / SAP / Tally systems</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation discipline</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
