This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical skill with personalized customer care, all within a vibrant and supportive setting.Duties<ul><li>Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, waxing, brow and lash services.</li><li>Provide professional services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their skin type and concerns.</li><li>Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and promoting ongoing treatments to enhance client results.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to deliver cutting-edge services.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients and understand their individual needs.</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation practices and infection control protocols essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.</li><li>Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician programs with valid licensure in esthetics or related fields.</li><li>Familiarity with color theory for makeup application and skin tone analysis.</li><li>Ability to perform body waxing, and or other hair removal techniques efficiently.</li><li>dedicated to elevating client experiences</li></ul>Pay: $12.00 - $22.00 per hourWork Location: In person
