You&rsquo;ll be the voice and vision behind our clients&rsquo; online presence, crafting strategies, creating content, and keeping up with trends that matter. If you&rsquo;re the kind of person who can&rsquo;t watch a reel without thinking, &ldquo;I could make that better,&quot; you&rsquo;ll fit right in.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Collaborate with the video, graphics, ads and Client Success Managers to develop strategic content strategies.</li><li>Manage and maintain content calendars for multiple client accounts</li><li>Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms</li><li>Stay up to date with current trends and find effective ways to utilize them for our clients</li><li>Engage with communities online and spark conversations that build real connections.</li><li>Ensure all posts go out on time and match the content plan exactly</li><li>Double-check captions, hashtags, tags, links, and formatting before publishing</li><li>Confirm posts publish successfully and resolve or escalate issues if they don&rsquo;t</li><li>Coordinate with designers, video team, and account managers to ensure content is ready</li><li>Communicate clearly when assets are missing or deadlines are at risk</li><li>Monitor platforms for accuracy, consistency, and basic engagement signals</li><li>Keep workflows updated and documented</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>A proven track record managing social accounts (show us your best work).</li><li>Strong communication and storytelling skills, you know how to make content that feels authentic.</li><li>A collaborative mindset, you&rsquo;re comfortable working with a team but can also manage your own projects and execute without constant oversight.</li><li>The ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines without missing the details.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Reliable and cosistent -- someone the team can count on.</li></ul>Bonus Points if you Have Experience With<ul><li>Social media scheduling tools</li><li>Creating effective content -- utilizing tools such as capcut, adobe programs or canva</li><li>Project management tools such as ClickUp</li><li>Agency or multi-account experience</li><li>Marketing knowledge</li></ul>Why OOT Box Media?We&rsquo;re a creative agency that believes good work doesn&rsquo;t have to feel corporate.
