 Key Responsibilities

 SEO Baseline Audit.
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform a full technical, on-page, and off-page SEO audit of our current domain.
 </li>
 <li>
 Benchmark key metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, indexation status, backlink profile, and crawl efficiency.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Migration SEO Strategy.
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop a detailed SEO migration plan for the domain name change.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define redirect strategies (301/302), canonical signals, and URL mapping.
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipate risks and propose mitigation steps to safeguard organic visibility.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Implementation Guidance.
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into migration rollouts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical specifications for redirects, sitemaps, structured data, and robots.txt updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure analytics and tracking are set up to measure the SEO impact both before and after migration.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting.
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Establish monitoring dashboards (Google Search Console, GA4, third-party SEO tools).
 </li>
 <li>
 Track site performance before, during, and after the migration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver actionable reports highlighting risks, opportunities, and progress.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Long-Term Growth Recommendations.
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Advise on strategies to grow organic traffic post-migration, including content optimization, site architecture, and technical improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend ongoing SEO initiatives that align with brand and growth objectives.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO with a strong emphasis on technical SEO for large-scale sites.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of managing domain or site migrations without loss of organic visibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of 301/302 redirects, canonicalization, crawl budget, structured data, hreflang, and mobile-first indexing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with SEO tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Botify, or equivalent).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
