About this RoleYou are responsible for administration, configuration and troubleshooting of application servers, primarily the OpenText Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to ensure optimal performance, availability, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ECM platforms and experience with integrations, workflows, and records management. In this role you will develop/refine automation scripts for system management using PowerShell and Bash; administer, configure, and maintain application servers primarily the OpenText Content Server and related components (e.g., Archive Server, OTDS); and configure workflows and collaborate with ECM process owners. The candidate will perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning; and provide Tier 2/3 support, diagnose issues, and ensure timely resolution. This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be onsite three (3) days a week with the other two (2) days working remote.Education and Experience<ul><li>ACTIVE Secret Clearance</li><li>Bachelor's Degree and 3 years work experience or equivalent experience</li></ul>Required Skills and Education<ul><li>Extensive hands-on experience managing Servers to include deployments, upgrades, patches, and hardening</li><li>Experience hardening systems in accordance with DISA&rsquo;s Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)</li><li>The ability to understand and remediate vulnerabilities identified by CTOs, IVAMs, DISA STIGS, ACAS, and evaluate STIG</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Self-motivation and ability to work independently</li><li>Ability to interact with and effectively present information to peers, management and customers, and maintain effective working relationships with partners and government officials</li><li>Providing recommendations and solutions on how to improve Server performance and capabilities</li></ul>Preferred Education, Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience with LDAP/Active Directory, single sign-on (SSO), and user provisioning</li><li>Hands-on experience administering OpenText Content Server and ECM environments</li><li>Experience with OTDS, Archive Server, or other OpenText modules</li><li>Familiarity with workflow tools, scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or JavaScript), and SQL</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $110,000.00 - $180,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience with OpenText Enterprise Content Server and related components (e.g., Archive Server, OTDS)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Washington Navy Yard, DC 20374
