</ul><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Greets all guests arriving at the pool in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.<br>
Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following SOP's</p>
</li>
<li><div>Assist with opening pool bar duties.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Anticipate guests&rsquo; needs, responds promptly, and acknowledge all guests.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Maintains positive guest relations at all times.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Open, set up, and organize cascades dining area</div>
</li>
<li><div>Walk pool deck during service taking food and drink orders</div>
</li>
<li><div>Have working knowledge of bar menu and drinks, garnishes and preparation methods</div>
</li>
<li><div>Clean tables and rest as needed.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Work closely with bartenders to provide quality guest experience</div>
</li>
<li><p>Assist with closing shift duties</p>
</li>
</ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>High School Diploma or GED</p>
</li>
<li><div>Previous Experience is a Plus</div>
</li>
<li><div>Able to work in Heat during shifts</div>
</li>
<li><div>Able to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Excellent guest service skills and oral communication skills.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Ability to lift to 20 lbs. and carry up to 75 lbs.</div>
</li>
<li><p>Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.</p>
</li>
