We collaborate with leading global clients to help them train and scale intelligent systems that drive the next wave of innovation.Now, we&rsquo;re setting up a dedicated on-site center in Indore/Jaipur, and we&rsquo;re looking for an ambitious Site Lead to take charge and make it thrive.Why Join UsThis isn&rsquo;t just another management job, it&rsquo;s a leadership opportunity to build, grow, and lead one of OpSquad&rsquo;s key operational hubs from the ground up.You&rsquo;ll have the chance to:<ul><li>Lead a 100+ member team in a fast-scaling tech environment.</li><li>Be a founding leader for OpSquad&rsquo;s Indore/Jaipur operations.</li><li>Work closely with HR, Tech, and Project heads on global AI projects.</li><li>Drive innovation, efficiency, and real impact every single day.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations and team performance at our Indore facility.</li><li>Supervise 100&ndash;150 data annotators and ensure consistent productivity and quality.</li><li>Manage attendance, discipline, and workflow coordination with HR and Project Managers.</li><li>Oversee setup and maintenance of infrastructure (systems, seating, logistics).</li><li>Track project targets and daily progress using reporting tools.</li><li>Act as the bridge between on-site operations and the central office.</li><li>Handle real-time problem solving and ensure smooth project delivery.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>A natural people leader who can inspire large teams.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in operations, team management, or center leadership.</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficient in Google Suite / MS Office tools.</li><li>Based in or around Indore/Jaipur, with flexibility for on-site leadership.</li></ul>What&rsquo;s In It for You<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-linked growth.</li><li>Opportunity to lead a high-impact center for a global tech company.</li><li>A collaborative, fast-paced work culture that values ownership and innovation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;22,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
