<b>Position Summary</b><br>
We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Co CEO&rsquo;s and senior leadership in our White Plains, New York headquarters. This position reports to the Co-CEOs and blends executive administrative support and special event planning and logistics.<br>

This role includes managing complex calendars and travel logistics, coordinating impactful meetings and events, and identifying opportunities to contribute to the business&rsquo;s success. Strong organizational skills, adaptability, professionalism, and discretion are essential for handling sensitive and confidential information, along with effective communication across all levels of the organization.<br>
<br>
<b>Duties and Responsibilities</b><br>
<br>
<b><i>Executive Support (70%)</i></b></div><ul><li>
Manage Co-CEO&rsquo;s and additional executive complex calendars, schedule appointments, and navigate scheduling conflicts.</li><li>
Arrange travel (domestic and international) accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation.</li><li>
Process and track travel and expense reports for the Co-CEOs and other executives using Concur.</li><li>
Plan and execute executive-level events, including board meetings, offsite management meetings, and other internal meetings/events.</li><li>
Coordinate, organize, and prepare for meetings, including preparing materials such as presentations and reports.</li><li>
Anticipate executive priorities and offer thoughtful support to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.</li><li>
Assist in various projects and meetings and provide support to other Administrative Assistants and the Office Manager as needed.</li></ul><div><b><i>
Administrative and Office Support (30%)</i></b></div><ul><li>
Follow and maintain filing and record retention systems and processes.</li><li>
Collaborate with the administrative team who oversee the day-to-day tasks that ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace.</li><li>
Provide backup coverage for the Front Desk Administrative Assistant and general office support as needed.</li><li>
Assist with distribution of incoming mail and other documents.</li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications and Skills</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent work experience.</li><li>
10+ years supporting C-suite executives, ideally in Private Equity or Asset Management.</li><li>
Proactive, self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with emotional intelligence and a positive collaborative attitude.</li><li>
Experience in event planning, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>
Analytical skills with ability to suggest process improvements to ensure operations are efficient.</li><li>
High proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>
Experience with SAP Concur or similar travel and expense platforms</li></ul><div><b>
Work Hours and Arrangements</b><br>
Monday &ndash; Friday, standard business hours, five days in office required. Work schedule may require occasional extended hours and some travel to offsite meetings, based on business needs.<br>

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period.<br>

<b>Pay</b><br>
The range for this role is anticipated to be $75,000-$85,000 annually with bonus for eligible positions. Where a specific pay range is noted, it is a good faith estimate at the time of this posting. The actual salary offered will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, market / business considerations, and geographic location.<br>
This is a salaried non-exempt position, eligible for overtime in accordance with company policies and federal/state wage and hour laws.<br>
