Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Maintain overall maintenance and upkeep of exterior grounds</li>
<li>Achieve a clean, comfortable, presentable and positive guest experience</li>
<li>Emptying trash containers</li>
<li>Walking exterior of property picking up trash and debris</li>
<li>Vacuum pool and hot tub</li>
<li>Clean in and around front and rear fountains</li>
<li>Power Washing</li>
<li>Other minor tasks as needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required</li>
<li>Previous experience a plus</li>
</ul>
