Position: Sales &amp; Business Development Engineer &ndash; ICT, ELV &amp; Physical Security SolutionsLocation: Saudi Arabia, RiyadhExperience Required: Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in ICT, ELV &amp; physical Security Solutions within Saudi Arabia.Role Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer &ndash; ICT, ELV &amp; Low Current &amp; Physical Security Solutions to lead business development, client engagement, and sales execution within our technology solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a proven track record in sales within Saudi Arabia, and a strong network across relevant sectors.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sales &amp; Business Development:</li><li>Drive sales for ICT, ELV, and low current systems including structured cabling, access control, CCTV, IP telephony, AV systems, fire alarms and physical Security Solutions &amp; access security.</li><li>Client Engagement:</li><li>Identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and understand their technical and business needs to offer tailored solutions.</li><li>Proposal &amp; Tender Management:</li><li>Coordinate with presales and estimation teams to prepare bids, proposals, and pricing for tenders and RFQs.</li><li>Market Intelligence:</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.</li><li>Revenue Growth:</li><li>Meet or exceed sales targets by closing high-value deals and managing long-term client accounts.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</li><li>Work closely with technical, project, and executive teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and solution delivery.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Standards:</li><li>Ensure sales strategies align with local regulations and industry standards</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Education:</li><li>bachelor&rsquo;s degree in electrical engineering, or electronic engineering IT, Business, or a related field. MBA or technical certifications are a plus.</li></ul>Experience in private contracts, Government, or Enterprise clients is preferred.<ul><li>Technical Expertise:</li><li>In-depth knowledge of ELV systems ( CCTV, Access Control, Parking Management System ), ICT infrastructure, network solutions</li><li>Communication Skills:</li><li>Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
