Job Purpose
The Online Channel Sales Manager is responsible for the planning, recommending, execution and evaluation of the B2C digital activation plans following the ACES principles (Assortment, Content, Engagement, Search) for the targeted online platforms. In alignment with marketing and commercial teams and with the ultimate goal to deliver KPIs, this individual is the brand advocate for all demand creation levers in digital platforms. S/he has a critical role in establishing Opella brands as an expert, leader and performer in the evolving B2C online space.
Main responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead and manage the annual online operation strategy &amp; plan, with clear business objectives based on strong understanding of online consumer journey/ behavior and E-com platform dynamics

</h2>The Global Head of Consumer Science is a pivotal leader in shaping Opella's ambitions to be consumer centric in making health as simple as it should be and delivering outstanding consumer experiences that support selfcare. This role is responsible for defining and implementing the overall consumer science strategy, ensuring that technical consumer insight and true product reasons to believe are built throughout our product development cycle. They will be responsible to drive the delivery of superior consumer experiences for brands utilizing different solutions: sensory lab testing, online engagement, use of technology, partnerships (in particular with Flavor Houses) , enrolling the cross-functional science organization and partnering with CXI (Marketing Insights Team) .

About the job:
<ul><li>The Global Medical Maintenance Expert will contribute to the design and implementation of lifecycle management activities of assigned global non-core CHC portfolio, supporting global medical leads in portfolio optimization initiatives and providing medical contribution for strategic submissions to healthcare authorities.

<ul><li>Collaborates closely with global medical affairs team to ensure quality and timely medical contribution for key strategic submissions such as new applications, renewals, variations, etc.
