</h2><ul><li>Perform routine laboratory testing of raw materials, bulk products, and finished goods to support manufacturing operations and product release while ensuring compliance with established specifications and cGMP requirements.
</li><li>Conduct analytical testing using laboratory instrumentation including HPLC, GC, UV-VIS, ICP, AA, and FTIR, while maintaining accurate documentation and data integrity.
</li><li>Support stability testing programs by performing scheduled analyses, completing required documentation, and ensuring testing is conducted within established timelines.
</li><li>Maintain laboratory equipment, chemicals, reagents, records, and logbooks to ensure a safe, organized, and inspection-ready laboratory environment.
</li><li>Follow laboratory safety, quality, and regulatory procedures while prioritizing testing activities, managing laboratory waste, and working independently to meet production and business needs.
</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Main responsibilities:
</h2><ul><li>Perform routine analytical testing of raw materials, bulk products, and finished goods to support manufacturing, product release, and shipping requirements while ensuring compliance with established specifications and cGMP standards.
</li><li>Accurately document test results and ensure proper disposition of materials and products in accordance with laboratory procedures and quality standards.
</li><li>Conduct stability testing programs, complete required documentation, and ensure testing is performed within designated timelines.
</li><li>Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation including UV-VIS, HPLC, GC, ICP, AA, and FTIR systems.
</li><li>Manage laboratory chemicals and reagents by maintaining inventories, securing SDS/MSDS documentation, monitoring expiration dates, and disposing of obsolete materials appropriately.
</li><li>Ensure proper handling and disposal of laboratory waste while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
</li><li>Maintain laboratory equipment, documentation, logbooks, and workspaces in an organized, clean, and inspection-ready condition while prioritizing testing activities and working independently with minimal supervision.

</h2><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline required.
</li><li>0&ndash;3 years of experience in a cGMP-regulated laboratory environment; academic laboratory experience may be considered in lieu of industry experience.
</li><li>Working knowledge of laboratory safety practices and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
</li><li>Strong computer skills with the ability to accurately enter, maintain, and manage laboratory data and documentation.
</li><li>Demonstrated attention to detail with excellent record-keeping, organization, and documentation skills.
</li><li>Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and support a fast-paced laboratory environment.
</li><li>Flexibility to work overtime and adjust schedules as needed to support production, testing, and business requirements.

About the job:
<ul><li>Executing all the financial related activities related to customers commercials
</li><li>Reviewing and controlling the logistics cost charged by customers related to transportation activities
</li><li>Responsible for all the business analytics and the reporting excellence to ensure , timely data flow and continuous performance improvement
</li></ul>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Issue the customer sales invoices for local and export markets as per the selling confirmed prices recorded on the system after assuring the physical goods dispatch from Opella locations
</li><li>Assure full compliance of the application of customer selling term as per contracts already in place between Opella and its customers
</li><li>Reflect all additional needed data as per the customer or authorities&rsquo; requirements to the selling and delivery documents including and not limited to products details, proof of release and additional supporting documents
</li><li>Follow up on customers returns and assure the financial recording for the values along with issuing the credit notes related to the goods
</li><li>Review and approve on weekly basis the transportation claims received from the customers after confirming the number of trips per destination and as per agreed rates
</li><li>Confirm balances with customers on a monthly basis for all transportation activities values along with Credit notes as per the month actuals
 </li><li>Report daily the sales tracking to Trade and revenue and Supply chain showing any delay in trend that might affect the achievement of month targets
</li><li>Set the sales commercial plans monthly as defined and approved for each product, receive the claims from the customers showing the requested free of charge quantity
</li><li>Review the actual performance of the customer as per the defined criteria set by the company and review the customer adherence to the set commercial
</li><li>Work closely with customers on their claims value and resolve any issue related to their claims in term of volume or value inline with the commercial policy and internal controls
</li><li>Confirm Opella acceptance or rejection of claims and lead the execution till settlement
</li><li>Create sales orders for free of goods delivery and assure its execution and delivery
</li><li>Keep a complete recording for each commercial settlement for internal controls and audits purpose as per the company and statuary guidelines
</li><li>Responsible for the monthly sales recognition in line with Sanofi global guidelines, the local accounting practices and customer term of sales
</li><li>Responsible for the sales in reporting on daily, weekly &amp; monthly basis
</li><li>Issuing all Opella SI invoices for hospital &amp; Retail customers
