 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in mentoring developers, providing guidance on best practices, and fostering a collaborative team environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and build services and infrastructure for training and fine-tuning large neural networks
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop tools for managing datasets, ensuring quality, consistency, and reproducibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement scalable and automated deployment systems for complex ML models
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive the full software development lifecycle&mdash;from design and implementation to CI/CD and monitoring
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with ML engineers, data scientists, and platform teams to align infrastructure with business goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code to ensure long-term sustainability
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years of professional software development experience from which minimum 2 years of expertise with Python programming skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong Python backend development skills, with at least two industrial projects in one or more of: C++ / Java / Go
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab and ArgoCD
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience monitoring production systems using metrics, logging, and alerting tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred to have experience with Machine Learning
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
 </li>
