<div>Under the direction of the SVP of Global Product Vision, Design &amp; Planning, the Membership Product Designer is responsible for leading the development of innovative membership products. This role involves conducting market research on best practices in the membership, travel and loyalty programs; collaborating with business development and account management to align partner needs; and analyzing the performance and financial success of past products. The Membership Product Designer will also work closely with the Product Development team to understand current and future technical system capabilities, then propose new product concepts supported by detailed financial models at the unit economics level. Success in this role is defined by the ability to create products that deliver exceptional value for ONE, our partners, and end consumers. 


Key Responsibilities
<ul><li> Identify future product opportunities by analyzing past performance and assessing strategic market trends</li></ul>
<ul><li> Partner with Business Development and Account Management to design consumer product configurations that align with margin targets, profitability goals, and customer value objectives</li></ul>
<ul><li> Collaborate with Business Development and Product Fulfillment teams to ensure product strategies reflect the needs of the business, partners and consumers throughout implementation</li></ul>
<ul><li> Optimize product models by leveraging data analysis, including economic performance and customer response metrics</li></ul>
<ul><li> Contribute to the establishment of long-term strategic goals and objectives for ONE</li></ul>
<ul><li> Monitor and analyze key factors impacting profitability, growth, profitability, and overall organizational risk</li></ul>
<ul><li> Operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for results</li></ul>
<ul><li> Build and maintain effective working relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams with ONE&rsquo;s leadership team</li></ul>
<ul><li> Support and contribute to special projects and initiatives as required</li></ul>
<ul><li> Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Qualifications
<ul><li> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Product Design, Product Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience</li></ul>
<ul><li> 2-5 years of experience in product design or product management</li></ul>
<ul><li> Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced analytical and modeling skills</li></ul>
<ul><li> Strong communication and presentation abilities</li></ul>
<ul><li> Knowledge of the travel, loyalty or membership or startup industry (preferred)</li></ul>

Physical Requirements
<ul><li> Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)</li></ul>
