Are you a passionate educator, committed to the growth and education of children? Open Space Early Learning Center is looking for experienced teachers to join our team! We are currently seeking a Full-time Lead Teacher(s) to join our team!

Job Duties include but are not limited to: 
<ul>
<li>Creating and maintaining lasting relationships with students</li>
<li>Creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans</li>
<li>Meeting the individual needs of every child by encouraging and supporting play, exploration, and learning</li>
<li>Collaborating with families to create inclusive and culturally relevant classroom and curriculum</li>
<li>Creating a fun, welcoming, warm, and safe classroom environment</li>
<li>Completing assessments and documenting growth and learning</li>
<li>Collaborating with colleagues to provide quality care and education</li>
<li>Meeting and following the requirements of all licensing agencies</li>
</ul>Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>1+ year of formal or informal experience in caring for children</li>
<li>CDA/AA or BA in Early Childhood Education 
OR AA or BA in a related field with 6 credits in Early Childhood Education</li>
<li>CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification</li>
<li>Proof of TB Test, and TDAP, 2 Doses of MMR, and immunizations</li>
<li>Proof of Covid vaccination</li>
<li>Medical Physical</li>
<li>Obtain new Food Handlers Training Certificate</li>
<li>Must meet and follow all additional City and State licensing requirements</li></ul></div>
