About the RoleThis is a Seasonal position.We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and hardworking Resort Maintenance Technician to join our team at Brophy Lake Resort. In this hands-on role, you&rsquo;ll help keep our beautiful resort property, grounds, buildings, and equipment in top condition so our guests enjoy an outstanding experience every day.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform basic to intermediate construction and home repair tasks (drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)</li><li>Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on resort buildings, cabins, and facilities</li><li>Handle boat maintenance and repairs (outboard motors, hull care, trailers, etc.)</li><li>Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, irrigation repairs, and general grounds upkeep</li><li>Operate a tractor and other heavy equipment safely for landscaping, snow removal, or property projects</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, and fixtures</li><li>Complete work orders efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe work environment</li><li>Assist with seasonal projects and special maintenance needs as required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or facilities maintenance</li><li>Basic to intermediate skills in construction and home repair (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting)</li><li>Experience with boat maintenance is strongly preferred</li><li>Knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance</li><li>Ability to safely operate a tractor and related equipment</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and stand/walk for extended periods</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Positive attitude and guest-service mindset</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
