The Floor Host is the &ldquo;go to&rdquo; person on the floor focused on delivering a hospitality-based experience to our customers and responsible for providing information and directing assistance while interfacing with all office services. This person provides visible support, on office floors, for guests and visitors, focused on connecting them with the right people/resources to get what they need and responding to ad hoc questions. 
 
Job Functions 
<ul><li>
Provide real-time support for meetings on all office floors, connect with meeting organizers and guests as meetings begin. Prior to meetings, verify room requirements via email to ensure client&rsquo;s expectations are met. (ex. lighting, supplies, audio visual equipment, temperature, etc.) 
</li><li>
Continuously perform floor tours and ensure the entire space is in optimal appearance and condition. 
</li><li>
Utilize tools and resources to identify creative solutions and anticipate customer needs, in our commitment to maintain a first point of contact resolution. Keep abreast of all in-house and area functions in order to answer questions and concerns with timely and knowledgeable responses, in person, through email, and on telephone. 
</li><li>
Advocating for the client&rsquo;s hoteling culture and mobile way of working by supporting guests and visitors who need help securing workspace. 
</li><li>
Verify occupancy of rooms and reclaim unused meeting space as appropriate. Optimize meeting rooms and workspaces, making sure space that is reserved is used. 
</li><li>
Monitoring all meeting rooms for participants arriving/leaving with scheduled timing, rooms booked that have no show and the correct number of participants booked and closes work area at scheduled times, ensuring full preparation for operation/function. 
</li><li>
Work with the facility maintenance team to ensure that the space remains pristine. This includes ticketing and emailing any issues such as furniture stains, damaged carpet, lighting issues, etc. 
</li><li>
Provide a contact card for additional in-meeting support and return upon completion to reset the room for the following meeting.</li></ul> 
Position Requirements/Experience/ Education:<ul><li>
2-3 years&rsquo; experience working in a service industry such as Hotel and Restaurant, Hospitality and/or Event Planning preferred</li><li>
Must have strong technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs, audio/visual equipment)</li><li>

The Compensation range for this role is up to 21.11 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.

The Client Account Manager serves as the primary relationship manager and strategic liaison for attorneys, practice groups, paralegals, and administrative stakeholders utilizing Document Processing and related legal support services. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing client expectations, coordinating workflow priorities, and driving operational excellence across the Senior Document Specialist and Document Processing teams.</h2>
The Client Account Manager partners closely with firm leadership and operational teams to ensure support services align with business needs, client demands, and department objectives. Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>

The compensation range for this role is up to $90,000 annually, a 10% annual bonus. Actual compensation will depend on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.

Client Account Manager

The Workflow Coordinator delivers high quality customer service by coordinating requests and completing related administrative responsibilities. This role partners closely with other Coordinators and Supervisors to ensure smooth handoffs to processors and consistent, high quality. service. The Workflow Coordinator takes a proactive approach to identifying team needs, recommending improvements, and supporting staff to maintain strong working relationships and service standards. This position is based at an Opensity Facility.</h1>
Monday through Friday: 6 AM to 3 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Provide exceptional customer service to attorneys and staff utilizing the Word Processing Department through professional, responsive, and detail-oriented communication.</li><li>
Manage, monitor, and prioritize workflow during assigned shifts to meet attorney deadlines and service expectations.</li><li>
Perform Document Specialist duties as required, based on workload and business needs.</li><li>
Coordinate workflow transitions across shifts using Shift Status emails, written instructions, and verbal communication to ensure continuity of service.</li><li>
Communicate effectively through work requests, email, telephone, and messaging platforms to support timely and accurate job completion.</li><li>
Collaborate with Supervisors and fellow Coordinators to maintain, update, and implement departmental procedures and documentation.</li><li>

REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>
Associate degree, secretarial degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>
Five or more years of experience in a legal document production environment and or legal secretarial role.</li><li>
Working knowledge of legal terminology and familiarity with a law firm environment.</li><li>
Advanced proficiency with Document Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li><li>
Strong spelling, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills.</li><li>
