 Financial Wellbeing Coach &ndash; Credit &amp; Money Management 
DEPARTMENT: HOPE Program Operations 
ACCOUNTABILITY: Reports to Director of Operations

Through financial literacy education, coaching, and access to resources, Operation HOPE strives to create a world where everyone has the tools and knowledge to build a secure financial future. You will be based in a HOPE Inside office (hosted by a corporate partner).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Financial Coaching:<ul><li>
Recruit, build trust, and lead clients to achieve strategic performance objectives.</li><li>
Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to clients, addressing their specific financial concerns and goals. These sessions are offered in-person, by video conference, or over the phone.</li><li>
Develop personalized action plans based on individual client needs and circumstances.</li><li>
Educate clients on budgeting, debt management, savings strategies, and other relevant topics.</li></ul></li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Workshop Facilitation<ul><li>
Establish and maintain relationships with local strategic alliance partners, including other local non-profit and for-profit businesses.</li><li>
Deliver group workshops and seminars, on various financial literacy topics, within the community.</li><li>
Build productive relationships with Bank Partners for shared Client relationships.</li><li>
Offer both virtual and in-person workshops as requested.</li></ul></li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Client Relationship Management:<ul><li>
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.</li><li>
Encourage clients to enroll through the client portal, available on our website.</li><li>
Coach client via Zoom, phone and in-person appointments.</li><li>
Monitor clients' progress towards financial goals through Dynamics, our client relationship software.</li></ul></li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Resource Referral and Community Engagement<ul><li>
Connect clients with relevant resources, services, and financial products that align with their goals.</li><li>
Attend community and networking events.</li><li>
Stay updated on financial assistance programs, grants and other community resources that may benefit clients.</li></ul></li><li>
Documentation and Reporting<ul><li>
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client activities, impact, and success stories.</li><li>
Ensure all data entered has been captured in our CRM system, Dynamics.</li></ul></li></ul> 
QUALIFICATIONS 
<ul><li>
Possess strategic thinking expertise as well as the ability to plan and execute tactical strategies to implement company objectives.</li><li>
Strong contributor with analytical skills and the ability to identify and proactively communicate industry and governance trends to clients.</li><li>
Experienced financial coach with outstanding people skills and ability to quickly form meaningful working partnerships.</li><li>
Ability to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual production goals as assigned.</li><li>
Multitask oriented with the ability to initiate, manage, and maintain several projects and 
 program relationships simultaneously.</li><li>
Serve as the liaison with the partner and community.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of personal finance, budgeting, debt management, and savings strategies.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain effective time management.</li><li>
Empathetic and patient approach in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.</li></ul> 
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is preferred, however, will consider comparable 2+ years of work experience in the financial industry.</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will be required in this position.</li><li>
Presentation skills - the right candidate can conduct workshops with a varying number of attendees.</li><li>
High-energy individual who demonstrates confidence, accountability, and professionalism while demonstrating personal integrity, resilience, and respect for diverse populations, while exhibiting cultural competency.</li><li>
Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing to conduct presentations and meetings.</li><li>
Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work with minimal hands-on direction.</li><li>
Empathetic and patient approach while working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.</li><li>
Professional demeanor and attire will be required in this position.</li><li>
This job requires personal transportation for travel within the designated market area.</li></ul> 
PREFERRED SKILLS 
<ul><li>
Experience using Customer Relationship Management programs.</li><li>
Knowledge of interpreting Credit Report information.</li><li>
Experience building and maintaining financial budgets.</li></ul>
