Position Overview: </b>The Accounts Payable Specialist is a key member of the finance team primarily responsible for processing vendor invoices, in addition to supporting a variety of areas including receivables, financial reporting, and financial controls. This position is fast paced and requires the ability to move from one task to another with ease and accuracy. It also requires a detail-oriented mindset.</p><p></p><p><b><br>

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Processes and records accounts payable transactions and ensures that all invoices are coded and paid accurately in accordance with financial policies and procedures.</li><li>
Speaks with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and that payments are received in a timely manner.</li><li>
Supports the Sr. Accountant and Director of Finance with the day-to-day, monthly, and year-end operations of the Accounting/Finance Department including grant management and budget review and analysis.</li><li>
Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.</li><li>
Assists with the annual year-end audit process and provides outside auditors with documentation and analyses in response to requests for financial information.</li><li>
Assists with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and financial procedures.</li><li>
Prepares and completes bank deposits as needed.</li><li>
Other related duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><p></p><div><b><br>
Education / Experience / Qualifications:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree in accounting, bachelor&rsquo;s in accounting preferred. In lieu of a degree minimum 4 years&rsquo; experience in accounting.
</li><li>Experience in non-profit and grant accounting preferred</li><li>
Minimum 2-3 years&rsquo; accounts payable experience</li><li>
Experience with QuickBooks Online required.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.</li><li>
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.</li><li>
Team player and can collaborate with other teams in the organization.</li><li>
High level of interpersonal skills with demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management.</li></ul></div><ul><li>
Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.</li><li>
Must be able to clear a Level I Background check through the Department of Corrections.</li></ul><div><ul><li>
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li></ul></div><ul><li>

Position Overview: </b>The Ready4Release Case Manager meets with currently incarcerated inmates (jail or prison) to provide an overview of the Ready4Work program. When possible, the Ready4Release Case Manager will also complete a Plan of Care consisting of short-term goals to get the inmate ready for re-entry into the community.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Travels to Florida Department of Corrections Prisons (travel up to 3 hours one way in a company vehicle) to promote the Ready4Work Program.</li><li>
Promote the Ready4Work program inside county jails throughout the State of Florida, and with other community partners.</li><li>
Facilitate InsideOut Dad&reg; evidenced based-education programming to incarcerated fathers. Training on InsideOut Dad&reg; programming will be provided.</li><li>
Complete a Plan of Care with short term goals for currently incarcerated individuals.</li><li>
Inputs plan of care goals and notes into the client record/database software system.</li><li>
Provides follow-up visits and supportive sessions to the inmates either face to face or via electronic communication.</li><li>
Responds to letters received from Inmates that are interested in the program.</li><li>
Participate in multidisciplinary staffing meetings as part of the Clinical Team which consists of Mental Health, Resources, Family Support Specialists, Career Development and Employment Services.</li><li>
Attend weekly and monthly meetings.</li><li>
All other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Education / Experience / Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required (Criminal Justice, Social Work, Sociology, or related fields). Master&rsquo;s degree preferred. In lieu of degree, 6+ years of relevant experience as a Case Manager.</li><li>
At least 3 years&rsquo; experience working with marginalized or underserved populations.</li><li>
At least 1 year of experience working with clients with mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.</li></ul><div><ul><li>
High integrity and behaves ethically, conducting oneself with the utmost honesty and transparency.</li></ul></div><ul><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul><div><ul><li>
Proficiency in using computers, running reports, and learning new software.</li></ul></div><ul><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and electronic client records.</li></ul><div><ul><li>
Typical hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm; however, sometimes the hours extend to 7:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM.</li></ul></div><ul><li>
Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.</li><li>
Must be able to clear a Level II Background check through the Department of Corrections.</li><li>
