 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree of Mechanical/Chemical Engineering,
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 5 years of experience,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in field team management,
 </li>

 Knowledge about Fluids and Lubricants
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge about maintenance of rotating equipment,
 </li>
 <li>
 At least Upper Intermediate level in English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of MS Office programs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Being resident / able to live in Kocaeli or &Idot;stanbul.
 </li>

 Coordinating and troubleshoting field technical operations,

 Coordinating continuous improvement activities (includes reporting),
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating HR related topics on the field,

 Coordinating and reporting day to day customers relationships,
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating and reporting day to day internal cross department relationships,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge about mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance.

 &bull;Bachelor&rsquo;s degree of Engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Chemical and Construction Engineering, Mining Engineer),
 
 
 &bull;Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales field,
 
 
 &bull;Preferably experienced in Lubricant business,
 
 
 &bull;Preferably knowledge for mining, construction and infrastructure sector.
 
 
 &bull;At least Upper-Intermediate level of English,
 
 
 &bull;Excellent command of MS Office programs,
 
 
 &bull;Experienced in data analysis, reporting and presenting,
 
 
 &bull;Energetic and creative, prone to teamwork,
 
 
 &bull;No restriction for traveling (Mobility).
 
 
 
 ***Resident in Ankara. Responsible for Central Anatolia &amp; Blacksea region.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 And if those are what you want to do;
 
 
 
 &bull;Realizing direct sales to commercial customers in the region, maintaining cooperation with intermediate sellers in the region and increasing the awareness of industrial segment oils in the region; maximize the product sales rate,
 
 
 &bull;Managing relationships with present customers and extending customer portfolio by gaining new customers,
 
 
 &bull;To provide the right products, services and solutions by analyzing customer expectations accurately,
 
 
 &bull;Increasing regional sales and gross profitability in line with market perception and company forecast in Commercial customers segment,
 
 
 &bull;To make collections from customers,
 
 
 &bull;Stock management of products sold in the region,
 
 
 &bull;To manage the coordination with the Technical Service Team and support technical development,
 
 
 &bull;Making annual sales plans and reviewing quarterly,
 
 
 &bull;Providing the necessary support for taking the actions determined in accordance with the Quality Management Systems in progress,
 
 
 &bull;Generate regular reports such as weekly activity, weekly visit plan, weekly collection reports, monthly sales plans, payment tracking,
 
 
 &bull;Complying with the legal requirements and the rules specified within the scope of the OHS management system and reporting dangerous situations and behaviors in the activities carried out.
