Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction project coordination and possess knowledge of various project management tools and software.Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed on time</li><li>Assist in construction estimating and budgeting processes</li><li>Review and interpret construction schematics, blueprints, and drawings</li><li>Collaborate with construction site teams to monitor progress and address any issues that arise</li><li>Utilize project management software such as MS Project to track project milestones</li><li>Support the Client in organizing and prioritizing project tasks</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proficiency in Bluebeam,MS project, and other project management tools</li><li>Strong understanding of construction management processes</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints accurately</li><li>Prior experience in project coordination within the construction industry is preferred</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>2 years Minimum of experience in construction</li><li>Experiencies in Construction Supervision</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $31,200.00 - $41,600.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>Construction : 2 years (Required)</li><li>Control Cost, Purchases, Proposal and budget: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
