Position Overview</b></h2><p>
The <b>Medical Receptionist</b> is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in delivering an outstanding patient experience. This position supports front desk operations, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient flow in a busy medical office.</p><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li><p>
Greet and check in patients; manage front desk operations</p></li><li><p>
Schedule appointments and coordinate complex calendars</p></li><li><p>
Verify insurance and maintain accurate patient records</p></li><li><p>
Manage patient flow and support providers and clinical staff</p></li><li><p>
Handle medical records and sensitive patient information</p></li><li><p>
Provide administrative support as needed</p></li></ul><p><b>
Schedule Requirement:</b> Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month.</p><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li><p>
2+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist preferred</p></li><li><p>
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required</p></li><li><p>
Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred</p></li><li><p>
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems a plus</p></li><li><p>
Strong communication and customer service skills</p></li><li><p>
Proficient in Microsoft Office</p></li><li><p>
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills</p></li><li><p>
Reliable transportation required</p></li></ul><p></p><p>
