 We are looking for a
 
 QA Test Engineer (Fresher)
 
 with foundational knowledge of
 
 ERP systems
 
 who is eager to start a career in software testing. The candidate will work closely with functional consultants and developers to ensure the quality and reliability of ERP applications.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Understand ERP functional flows (Finance, HCM, SCM, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute manual test cases based on business and functional requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate ERP modules against business scenarios
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, and QA leads
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare basic test documentation (test cases, test scenarios, test reports)
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Skills &amp; Knowledge
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of ERP concepts (Oracle / SAP / NetSuite / Dynamics &ndash; any)
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of SDLC &amp; STLC
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with manual testing concepts
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic SQL knowledge for data validation (preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of defect lifecycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Good analytical and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and documentation skills
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Good To Have (Optional)
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Opkey, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of ERP modules like Finance, HCM, or SCM
 </li>
 <li>
 Internship or project experience in ERP or QA
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of APIs
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Educational Qualification
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 B.E / B.Tech / MCA / BCA / B.Sc (IT/CS) or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 ERP or Testing certification is a plus
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
