As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager to lead our operations and drive new business development.Job Location: Port Qasim KarachiPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Profile to oversee our production, maintenance, and new business initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Production Management:</li><li>Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.</li><li>Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing goals.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and enhance operational performance.</li><li>Maintenance Supervision:</li><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment.</li><li>Lead a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance and support to address mechanical and electrical issues.</li><li>Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage maintenance budgets effectively.</li><li>Business Development:</li><li>Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market expansion and product diversification.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth targets and improve market positioning.</li><li>Foster and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.</li><li>Strategic Planning:</li><li>Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term operational and business development strategies.</li><li>Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.</li><li>Team Leadership:</li><li>Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of professionals to achieve high performance and job satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide feedback and development opportunities.</li><li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s degree preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Production, Maintenance management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role within a appliance manufacturing environment.</li><li>Proven track record in production management, maintenance supervision, and business development.</li><li>A strong understanding of evaporating technologies and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.</li><li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and manage cross-functional teams effectively.</li></ul>Benefits: Company maintained car, 180 Liters Fuel, Meal, Health insurance, 21 cashable leaves, yearly &amp; incentivesIf you are a results-driven professional with a passion for manufacturing excellence, we encourage you to submit your application for this position at Optimize Engineering.
