What You'll Do
As a marketing specialist, you'll be at the center of our marketing efforts-planning, creating, and executing campaigns that make our brand stand out. From social media to digital ads, email marketing, and community events, you'll bring our story to life every day.
Your day-to-day will include:<ul><li>
Executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms</li><li>
Managing a marketing calendar aligned with seasonal promotions and events</li><li>
Writing and designing engaging posts, newsletters, and promotional content</li><li>
Assisting with paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)</li><li>
Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and optimizing results</li><li>
Updating and maintaining website content with SEO best practices</li><li>
Coordinating community sponsorships, trade shows, and local events</li><li>
Capturing and editing photos/videos for digital and print marketing</li><li>
Managing marketing materials, promotional items, and vendor relationships</li></ul>
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 PM
Pay: $45,000 - 60,000 annually, depending on experience
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who's both creative and analytical-someone who can design a great post and measure its impact.
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management</li><li>
Experience with B2B or home services marketing preferred</li><li>
Proficiency with social media platforms</li><li>
Skilled in email marketing, automation, and audience segmentation</li><li>
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and analytics tools like Google Analytics</li><li>
Strong writing, editing, and visual design skills</li><li>
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)</li><li>
Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field</li><li>
Graphic design, photography, and/or videography experience</li><li>
Familiarity with CRM systems and email platforms like Constant Contact or Mailchimp</li><li>
Google Digital Marketing certification a plus</li></ul>
