Job Title:Quantity Surveying Manager / Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation:Open (Experience in Chennai, Ambattur OT)Experience:8 to 15 + years in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, and Contract AdministrationKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage Quantity Surveying teams for commercial, industrial, and data center projects</li><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents</li><li>Develop and manage project budgets from inception to completion</li><li>Monitor and control project costs throughout all phases</li><li>Evaluate and analyze contractor bids, negotiate contracts, and finalize vendors</li><li>Prepare cost reports, cash flow statements, and weekly/monthly project reports</li><li>Conduct value engineering and ensure compliance with BOQ, technical specs, and drawings</li><li>Manage contractor and subcontractor billing, claims, and variations</li><li>Analyze contract terms, identify discrepancies, and prepare clarification queries</li><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution</li><li>Oversee procurement, vendor management, and commercial management processes</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Commercial &amp; Procurement Management</li><li>Vendor Management &amp; Negotiation</li><li>Costing, Budgeting, and Cost Control</li><li>Contract Management &amp; Tendering</li><li>Team Leadership &amp; Project Coordination</li><li>Strong Communication &amp; Problem-Solving</li><li>Proficient in ERP, Quadra, AutoCAD, MS Office</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>B.E.
