We are looking for a detail&#8209;oriented candidate to support our outbound pipeline generation and marketing automation efforts. This hybrid role combines prospecting research with Pardot management, helping fuel our sales and marketing engine.

1. Outbound Research &amp; Prospecting Support (Cold Outbound)</h3><ul><li>
Build prospect lists to support outbound activities of the SDR</li><li>
Conduct research on companies and buyer personas to ensure accurate targeting.</li><li>
Identify and enrich contact information using tools such as Lusha, Clay, Salesforce</li><li>
Maintain clean data inside Salesforce and ensure all key information is properly captured.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
2. Marketing automation tool and website update tasks</h3><ul><li>
Create and manage nurture tracks, including strategy, segmentation, and automation rules.</li><li>
Build, test, and schedule email sends to support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.</li><li>
Monitor and optimize email performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions).</li><li>
Maintain consistent folder structures, naming conventions, and best practices for assets in Pardot.</li><li>
Support website updates in WordPress, including making content edits,</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Requirements</h2><ul><li>
Experience with tools such as Lusha, Clay, Salesforce, Wordpress and Pardot/MCAE.</li><li>
Strong research skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Comfort working with data, lists, and CRM processes.</li><li>

Research & Marketing Automation Specialist

<div>RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Support the project team from the concept to the production and the installation at customer site.</li><li>
Produce and verifies electrical schematics according to customer requirements using Engineering Design Tools such as Eplan, Elcad, SeeElectrical.</li><li>
Verifies that the design conforms to safety practices (CE), CSA, UL, CCC etc and customer specifications.</li><li>
Supervises the construction and testing of product prototypes and/or packaging line assembly</li><li>
Analyzes methods and suppliers for cost reductions on assemblies and equipment</li><li>
Estimates costs for designed products</li><li>
Collaborates with other team members to obtain timely results</li><li>
Documents designs so they can be adequately manufactured within the time and budget targets</li><li>
Continuously improves product quality and process effectiveness.</li><li>
Generate and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for all electrical components.</li><li>
Develop I/O lists, cable schedules, and other essential design documentation to support the I/O based control units.</li><li>
.Work closely with mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical components and sensors into the mechanical design.</li><li>
Collaborate with programmers to define I/O requirements and device communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).</li><li>
Provide technical support and guidance to the panel shop technicians and machine electricians during the build, installation, and commissioning phases.</li><li>
Assist in troubleshooting and debugging electrical systems on the shop floor and, occasionally, at customer sites.</li><li>
Update and revise drawings to &quot;as-built&quot; status upon project completion.</li></ul>
 Solution Designer (Secondary Role)
RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Assist in the design, and development of the vision, electrical, software and automation based elements of the solution here on-site in Goa.</li><li>
Ensure proper understanding of customer requirements are established from the concept stage.</li><li>
You will be tasked with generating documentation to GMP requirements (URS, FDS)</li><li>
You will work with cross-functional teams &ndash; Mechanical, Electrical, Quality, Project Management &amp; R&amp;D teams to ensure full compliance with solution requirements.</li><li>
Support Solution and Sales team for new Project Proposal Definition.</li><li>
Supporting and conceptualizing New Solution Development.</li><li>
Responsible for Determining product Design Feasibility with respect to Project / Customer Requirements.</li><li>
Will serve as Technical SME for New/existing Existing customers</li><li>
Support all Phases of the Project Delivery from Technical Solution Projects Scope clarity.</li><li>
Responsible to Verify the Projects vs Scope of the Solution</li><li>
Responsible for liaising with internal cross functional Team members such as Product, SME&rsquo;s, Middleware etc to identify Risk for the solution to be Proposed.</li></ul>
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Instrumentation Engineering.</li><li>
0-1 year of experience working in a similar role.</li><li>
Alternatively, better than a working knowledge and solid/proven experience working in Automation Systems design will be considered in lieu of an Electrical Engineering degree.</li><li>
Knowledge and understanding of industrial control components (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, servo systems, sensors).</li><li>
Basic understanding of Safety in Electrical Design.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.</li><li>
Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>
Preferred (Bonus Skill)<ul><li>
Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) is a significant plus.</li><li>
Knowledge of industrial network protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).</li></ul>
