Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and high-performing fresh graduates with an engineering background (Mechanical or Electrical) and an MBA in Marketing or Operations to join our Feed Mill Technology business as Management Trainees. This one-year structured program is designed to nurture future marketing and business development professionals specializing in advanced feed manufacturing solutions for the animal nutrition industry. Trainees will experience comprehensive learning across marketing, sales, technical support, product management, and operations, with strong exposure to capital equipment and technology solutions for feed production.Key Responsibilities During Training<ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical, Production, and R&amp;D) to understand the full product and technology lifecycle&mdash;from concept to customer delivery.</li><li>Support market research, competitor landscape studies, and customer solution mapping to inform strategic and tactical business decisions.</li><li>Assist in creating marketing communication, technical brochures, and go-to-market strategies specific to feed mill machinery, automation, and digital solutions.</li><li>Participate in site visits, customer meetings, and technical discussions with feed manufacturers to understand process pain points and solution selling.</li><li>Support internal marketing projects, equipment demonstrations, trade show participation, and outcome measurement (ROI, customer adoption).</li><li>Contribute to discussions on pricing, value propositions, technical training materials, and customer engagement initiatives.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Profile<ul><li>Fresh BE/BTech (Mechanical or Electrical) with an MBA in Marketing or Operations, or closely related fields.</li><li>Strong interest in capital equipment sales/marketing or technology adoption in the animal feed industry.</li><li>Analytical mindset, strong communication and presentation skills, and a drive to build a career at the intersection of engineering and business.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, digital marketing, and comfort with technical concepts and data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Willingness to work in a cross-functional, customer-facing, and fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Program Highlights<ul><li>One-year structured training with rotational exposure across business functions.</li><li>Continuous mentorship from senior marketing and technical leaders.</li><li>Clear pathway to transition into a Product Executive or Technical Marketing role post-training, based on performance.</li><li>Exposure to cutting-edge feed mill technology, innovation projects, and key industry customers.</li></ul>Employment TypeFull-timeHow to ApplySubmit your latest resume and a brief statement (max 150 words) on why you are passionate about combining technology and marketing in the animal nutrition sector.Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
