We are currently seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to support our organization's procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring our clinics and departments receive the supplies and equipment needed to operate efficiently and deliver exceptional care. 


Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Manage and process purchase requests via procurement system</li>
<li>Coordinate recurring orders and research department-specific needs</li>
<li>Handle cost inquiries, price comparisons, and procurement-related disputes</li>
<li>Oversee vendor contracts, order tracking, and maintain purchasing records</li>
<li>Conduct invoice reviews and approvals</li>
<li>Track and maintain relationships with service vendors.</li>
<li>Maintain tracking systems for assets and supplies</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, inventories, and vendor interactions.</li>
</ul>
Skills
<ul>
<li>2-3 year of experience in purchasing or other relatable administrative roles</li>
<li>Proactive and resourceful problem solver.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software/tools.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</li>
<li>Experience in healthcare or clinical settings is a plus.</li>
