Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Verify insurance coverage</li>
<li>Collect past due balances and copayments upon checking in</li>
<li>Answer phones and relay messages</li>
<li>Confirming patient appointments</li>
<li>Schedule initial and follow up appointments</li>
<li>Input/Update patient information, including insurance</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>1yr Medical Front Office (Preferred)</li>
<li>1yr Customer services experience (Required)</li>
<li>Experience with EMR</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Detail oriented</li>
<li>Positive attitude that welcomes teamwork</li>
<li>Multitask efficiently</li>
