Home-Based ABA ProgramWe are a behavioral health agency in Houston, TX seeking experienced, motivated, and professional Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality, individualized care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families.Responsibilities&middot; Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes&middot; Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA&middot; Apply evidence-based behavioral intervention and teaching strategies&middot; Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress&middot; Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and other team members&middot; Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding client progress and goalsQualifications&middot; Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB (required)&middot; Previous experience providing ABA services (required)&middot; Educational background in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related human services field (preferred)&middot; Strong professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail&middot; Ability to work independently while following clinical directionPosition Details&middot; Pay: $20&ndash;$24 per hour, based on experience&middot; Employment Type: Part-time and full-time positions available&middot; Service Setting: Home-based ABA services&middot; Location: Houston, TexasQualified candidates who are committed to delivering ethical, high-quality ABA services are encouraged to apply.Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourWork Location: In person
