Position overview: 
New Product Introduction Buyer provides leadership &amp; project management for our new 
products and any related changes. 
As part of the Product Realization or APQP process, they will review requirements, prepare 
product information, places purchase orders and ensure acknowledgement and physical 
delivery of both samples and production parts. 
The NPI Buyer may work through part issues with the supplier, customer, and 
internal Optimas support staff to resolve issues and ensure the right product is delivered 
on time and on budget.

Main responsibilities: 
New Product Introduction Buyer will be performing the following responsibilities and 
duties: 
<ul><li>Manage new parts and part changes from quote to customer approval and shipment</li><li>Communicate and follow up with cross functional team to manage parts through</li></ul>
the New Item Implementation or Product Realization stages. 
<ul><li>Review customer documents and specifications provided by sales, project team</li></ul>
and the NBS team. 
<ul><li>Place PO&rsquo;s based on company guidelines and obtained PO approvals.</li><li>Work with Supplier to manage Minimum Order Quantity, Lead time and Inventory.</li><li>Ensure POs are acknowledged to meet terms and conditions. Communicate any</li></ul>
changes associated with the project team. 
<ul><li>Follow up /expedite to ensure on time delivery of samples and production parts</li><li>Work through issues and gaps associated with the implementation.</li><li>Coordinate with the Optimas support teams to ensure parts are received, inspected</li></ul>
and approved for sale. 
<ul><li>Help provide phase-in/phase-out information for resource orders.</li><li>Place Resource part PO</li><li>Follow up /expedite to ensure on time delivery of samples.</li><li>Hand Part over to Supply Chain for production management and ordering.</li><li>Interface with NBS team to continue to enhance sourcing effectiveness and</li></ul>
customer implementation timelines. 
<ul><li>Manage &amp; lead introduction/implementation phase on new part &amp; resource</li></ul>
projects.</div><div>

remote location. 
<ul><li>Effectively manage multiple priorities &amp; detailed oriented.</li><li>Purchasing or buying experience preferred in a global supply chain environment.</li><li>Analytical mindset to quickly review multiple data points.</li><li>Highly motivated, with a &ldquo;can do&rdquo; attitude, competitive self-starter with a strong</li></ul>
sense of urgency &amp; works well under pressure. 
<ul><li>Ability to lead resolution of issues internally and externally.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal &amp; communication skills, ideally fluent in English language,</li></ul>

 Optimas is looking for a self-starter, dynamic and determined
 
 Business Development Manager
 
 who will be responsible of developing the market in the region according to the company&rsquo;s business strategies. This position will also develop potential key accounts to achieve target business growth, according to company&rsquo;s business strategies.
 
 
 
 This position requires up to 50% travel,

 Main responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Develop potential key accounts to achieve target business plans,
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote and sell Optimas&rsquo; total value proposition (products, engineering &amp; logistics),
 </li>
 <li>
 Build good strategic relationships with all related functions internally and externally for projects realization and acceleration,

 <li>
 Develop existing &amp; new customers to their full potential,
 </li>
 <li>
 Be aware of market changes and competitors&rsquo; activities and report periodically,
 </li>
 <li>
 Make sales presentations and solicit RFQs in time,
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the global Program Manager/Architect,
 </li>
 <li>
 Contract review and signing and E&amp;O discussion &amp; resolutions periodically,
 </li>
 <li>
 Present sales/key customer report monthly,
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and realize business development plan and sales/market forecast,
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze business performance of key accounts and formulate strategies and action plans to improve GP and profitability,
 </li>
 <li>
 Assure overall customer satisfactions,
 </li>
 <li>
 Other responsibilities assigned by superiors.

 Skills and Qualifications:
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate must have the following competencies:

 B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant academic background,
 </li>
 <li>
 Over 5 years of relevant working experience,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the fastener or C class components industry and in a multinational company is preferred,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent English communication skills &ndash; written and spoken [Must],
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in project management and reporting in complex multidisciplinary projects,
 </li>
 <li>
 Project management skills and experience in implementing projects within decentralized organizations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Have high degree of integrity, ethics, motivation, energy and enthusiasm,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills,
 </li>
 <li>
