This role ensures effective coordination between teams,monitors project progress, manages risks, and ensures delivery of quality outcomes thatmeet business objectives.Key Responsibilities:● Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.● Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.● Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members.● Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.● Manage risks and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.● Ensure project documentation is complete and maintained.● Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.● Ensure quality standards are met before project delivery.● Report progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.Key Result Areas (KRA)1. Project Delivery &ndash; Completion of projects within agreed scope, time, and budget.2. Quality Management &ndash; Deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.3.
