Job Title: Creative Lead Location: Clifton Block 4, Karachi Role: HybridSummaryWe are seeking a visionary and experienced Creative Lead to oversee the creative direction, brand strategy, and execution of design and content initiatives across all channels. The ideal candidate brings 8&ndash;10 years of industry experience, a strong leadership mindset, and the ability to transform business goals into powerful, creative solutions. This role will lead a multidisciplinary creative team while ensuring consistent, high-quality creative output that elevates the brand and drives measurable results.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and manage the overall creative strategy, brand identity, and visual direction.</li><li>Create concepts for campaigns, digital content, and brand communication with consistent brand representation.</li><li>Lead and mentor a creative team including designers, writers, and video editors, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.</li><li>Oversee creative execution for branding projects, marketing materials, digital campaigns, and production activities such as photoshoots and videos.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, product, senior management, and external partners to ensure creative alignment with business goals.</li><li>Develops promotional materials and marketing content for campaigns, product launches, and business growth initiatives.</li><li>Present creative ideas and translate requirements into clear, actionable direction for the team.</li><li>Stay updated on design trends, digital innovations, and new tools to keep the brand fresh and competitive.</li><li>Maintain high creative standards and ensure all outputs meet quality expectations.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.</li><li>8&ndash;10+ years of professional experience in creative roles, preferably in agency, tech, or digital-driven environments.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in leading creative teams and managing large-scale creative projects.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital content, art direction, and design systems.</li><li>Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and design tools like Figma or Canva.</li><li>Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX principles, and creative performance metrics.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.</li><li>Knowledge of motion graphics, video production, and multimedia design.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to measure creative impact and improve performance.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage tight deadlines.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to lead major brand initiatives and shape the overall creative vision.</li><li>Collaborative, innovative, and creative work culture.</li><li>Professional growth, training, and development opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
