As a Retail Store Manager at Optimum, you'll be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of a high-volume retail store. You&rsquo;ll develop and lead a team of Retail Sales Consultants, ensure world-class customer experiences, and drive strong sales performance in mobile and internet services.<br>

Lead all aspects of daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory control, product launches, and financial oversight. Create a collaborative, performance-driven culture that prioritizes both sales results and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><b>
Sales &amp; Customer Experience</b></p><ul><li>
Drive store sales by promoting Optimum's connectivity solutions. Deliver outstanding service by helping customers choose the best mobile and internet packages. Analyze store performance metrics to identify trends and improvement areas.</li></ul><p><b>
Team Management &amp; Development</b></p><ul><li>
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Provide ongoing feedback, foster accountability, and empower team members to exceed service and sales goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and support continuous learning.</li></ul><p><b>
Collaboration &amp; Strategy</b></p><ul><li>
Work cross-functionally with the marketing team to implement local campaigns and promotions. Represent the store in broader business initiatives and collaborate with other leaders on performance and growth opportunities.</li></ul><p><b>
Technology &amp; Product Knowledge</b></p><ul><li>

Qualifications</b></h2></div><div><p><b>
Experience</b></p><ul><li>
Minimum 3 years in retail or customer service management, preferably in telecommunications or a high-volume sales environment</li><li>

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning abilities</li><li>

For some locations, the ability to travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required and will be discussed upon interview</li><li>
