Own the day-to-day execution for a portfolio of accounts. You&rsquo;ll run ClickUp/Monday.com, drive timelines, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, prep the next 30 days at all times, and be a polished client-facing communicator on chat and calls. 
Key Responsibilities:

Project Systems: Build/maintain ClickUp or Monday.com boards, automations, dependencies, and dashboards; keep tasks current with owners, dates, and statuses.</li>
<li>30-Day Readiness: Maintain rolling 30-day plans per account; surface risks, dependencies, and capacity needs early.</li>
<li>Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align PR, social, editorial, paid, and SEO timelines into one unified plan with clear handoffs.</li>
<li>Client Comms: Lead async chat threads; draft/send agendas; run weekly status calls; document decisions and action items.</li>
<li>Scope &amp; Change Control: Track deliverables against contract; log out-of-scope items; route change requests for approval.</li>
<li>Resource &amp; Effort Tracking: Capture hours/effort by task; report utilization and variance to management monthly.</li>
<li>Quality &amp; Documentation: Keep scopes, briefs, feedback, and asset logs organized and audit-ready.</li></ul> 


Required Qualifications: 
<ul>

Based outside the U.S. with reliable daily overlap in EST (6 hours).</li>
<li>English proficiency (presentation-grade): Able to present project and marketing plans to North American clients with executive polish.</li>
<li>1&ndash;3 years in digital/agency project coordination or management.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of PR, social, content/editorial, paid media, and SEO workflows&mdash;how they interlock in campaigns.</li>
<li>Exceptionally organized; comfortable running multiple accounts simultaneously.</li></ul> 


Preferred:

Prior marketing agency project management and client-facing experience.</li>
<li>Leverages AI for research, document formatting, call recaps, and efficiency (e.g., notes summarization, first-draft outlines).</li>
<li>Previous hands-on experience inside ClickUp (spaces, templates, automations, reporting).</li>

<li>30-Day Plan: Rolling 30-day project plan updated weekly for 100% accounts.</li>
