Interior Designer (Rhinebeck)Optimus Architecture is primarily a healthcare architectural studio with an office in Rhinebeck, New York, providing full-service architectural and interior design services on project across the Northeast Region. We have an immediate opening for an Interior Designer to join our team.Qualifications:<ul><li>Manage interior projects from schematic design through construction administration.</li><li>Design, source, and present interior finishes, fixtures, furniture, hardware, lighting, and flooring in collaboration with the principal and other team members.</li><li>Produce construction documents to support design concepts.</li><li>Help coordinate details of architectural/interior design projects.</li><li>Coordinate with architect and outside consultants throughout all project phases.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bacherlor&rsquo;s Degree in Interior Design required.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, WordPerfect, and Sketch-up.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize, with creative problem solving.</li><li>Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills.</li><li>Same day travel occasionally required for site visits and field work.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance offered through Pre-Tax Employee Contributions</li><li>401k Profit Sharing Plan</li><li>Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays</li><li>Performance Bonuses</li><li>Salary Increases Based on Performance</li></ul>Salary Range:<ul><li>$50,000 - $70,000; commensurate with experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Profit sharing</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>AutoCAD: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Rhinebeck, NY 12572 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Rhinebeck, NY 12572: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
