 Responsibilities

 Gather and critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts and identifying true business needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Challenge assumptions of business units to ensure realistic and executable plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate product and business needs into detailed application and operational requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with developers and SMEs to balance usability, performance, and technical feasibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a liaison between business, product owners, and technology teams to ensure seamless communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document requirements using standard templates and natural language for clarity and traceability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead UAT and validate system functionality for payment flows, account closure, and fee logic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze financial data, journal entries, and reconciliations to support accounting closure processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop SOPs, conduct training, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
 </li>

 Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

 Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
