 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the global IT landscape by improving architecture, processes, and infrastructure services
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver advanced 2nd and 3rd level support across infrastructure and DevOps environments while ensuring high service quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Standardize, secure, and administer Ubuntu Pro as the enterprise-wide client operating system
 </li>
 <li>
 Deploy, manage, and optimize container platforms to streamline application delivery and operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Provision, scale, and maintain GitLab Runner environments, including dedicated automation infrastructure for internal requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the administration, configuration, and support of the GitLab platform, serving as a key contact for development and engineering teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure reliable end-to-end operation of infrastructure services, covering networks, servers, virtualization, storage, and system integrations
 </li>
 <li>
 Design, implement, automate, and operate global infrastructure and DevOps solutions
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Desired Skills and Experience
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Completed a degree in Computer Science, IT Systems, or similar
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in a global infrastructure, systems administration, or DevOps environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid experience administering Linux server environments and managing Ubuntu Pro clients, including configuration and security hardening
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep knowledge of virtualization environments based on Proxmox, including PVE, Ceph, and PBS
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise with container technologies such as Kubernetes, k3s, Docker, or Podman
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience managing and supporting GitLab platforms, including runner deployment and lifecycle management
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in German and English
 </li>
