We are looking for a results-driven <b>Performance Marketing Executive</b> to join our team at Expo City, Dubai. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable growth across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and highly organized, with hands-on experience in performance marketing and campaign optimization.</div><div>
Roles Description</div><ul><li>
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant channels</li><li>
Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure optimal ROI</li><li>
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages</li><li>
Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve conversion rates</li><li>
Manage campaign tracking, pixels, and conversion events using tools like Google Tag Manager</li><li>
Collaborate with creative, content, and production teams to develop high-performing ad creatives</li><li>
Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations</li><li>
Research market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity</li><li>
Support launch and promotion of films, events, and branded content projects</li><li>
Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and data integrity</li><li>
Handle campaign data and insights with confidentiality and professionalism</li></ul>
Skills and Qualification<br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field</li><li>
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing</li><li>
Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, etc.)</li><li>
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar</li><li>
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive)</li><li>
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities</li><li>
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
