Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will transform basic graphical concepts&mdash;such as pictures, sketches, and CAD drawings&mdash;into stunning 3D graphics that are visually appealing and easy to understand. You will play a crucial role in producing high-quality visuals for a variety of projects, ensuring that the final output meets the highest standards of design and accuracy.Job Responsibility:1. 3D Modeling:<ul><li>Creating 3D models of characters, objects, environments, and organic elements using specialized software like 3ds Max / C4D / Blender, etc. This involves polygonal modeling, sculpting, and texturing.</li></ul>2. Texturing and Shading: <ul><li>Applying realistic textures, materials, and shaders to 3D models to enhance their visual appeal and create a desired look and feel. This may involve creating UV maps, painting textures, and utilizing procedural texturing techniques.</li></ul>3. Lighting and Rendering: <ul><li>Setting up lighting rigs and environments to achieve desired moods, atmospheres, and visual effects. Rendering refers to the process of generating final images or animations from 3D scenes using software like Arnold / Substance painter / Unreal / V-Ray / RenderMan.</li></ul>4. Rigging and Animation:<ul><li>Rigging involves creating skeletal structures and controls for characters or objects, enabling them to be animated realistically. Animation entails bringing 3D models to life through movement, acting, and performance.</li></ul>5. Particle Systems and Dynamics: <ul><li>Creating and simulating dynamic effects such as fire, smoke, water, cloth, hair, or other physics-based phenomena to add realism and visual interest to scenes.</li></ul>6. Compositing: <ul><li>Integrating 3D elements with live-action footage or 2D visual elements using software like Adobe After Effects or Nuke. This involves layering, color grading, and applying visual effects to achieve a seamless final composition.</li></ul>7. Collaboration and Communication: <ul><li>Working closely with other team members, such as art directors, animators, modelers, and visual effects artists, to understand project requirements, provide input, and ensure effective project execution. Clear communication and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment are crucial.</li></ul>8. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: <ul><li>Identifying and resolving technical issues, optimizing performance, and finding creative solutions to challenges that may arise during the production process.</li></ul>9. Fresh Graduate - 3D Designer - Emirati

To provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The Emirati Admin will assist in documentation, coordination with departments, handling correspondence, and supporting HR and facility-related tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor and cultural standards.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support<ul><li>Handle routine correspondence, filing, and document control (soft and hard copies).</li><li>Prepare and manage reports, memos, and internal communications.</li><li>Support in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.</li><li>Assist in procurement requests, quotations, and coordination with vendors.</li></ul>Office &amp; Facility Management<ul><li>Ensure cleanliness and readiness of meeting rooms, pantry, and workstations.</li><li>Coordinate maintenance, courier, and logistics requests with service providers.</li><li>Manage inventory of office supplies and stationery.</li></ul>HR &amp; Employee Coordination<ul><li>Support HR team with onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.</li><li>Maintain employee records and assist in attendance, leave tracking, and ID card issuance.</li><li>Coordinate internal staff communication (announcements, events, notices).</li></ul>Government Liaison (if applicable)<ul><li>Coordinate with PRO for visa, labor card, and Emiratisation-related documentation.</li><li>Maintain records related to Tawteen, Nafis, and Emiratisation programs.</li></ul>Customer / Visitor Management<ul><li>Greet visitors courteously and ensure a professional front-office experience.</li><li>Manage meeting schedules and assist with client hospitality.</li></ul>Requirements:Education:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in administrative or HR support roles (fresh graduates under Emiratisation programs may be considered).</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Professional attitude, confidentiality, and reliability.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE labor law and Emiratisation initiatives is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,300.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
