<div>Optiver is seeking a Procurement Operations Lead to drive the evolution of our global procurement operations. This role will be pivotal in transforming how we manage spend, processes, data, and systems across all regions. You will lead a team responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, while also shaping a more efficient, data-driven, and AI-enabled procurement function.

Procurement plays a critical role in enabling Optiver's business strategy &mdash; ensuring our teams have what they need, when they need it, at the right price and with the right controls. The Global Procurement Operations Lead will bring both strategic vision and operational rigor to strengthen this mission.

What You'll Do:

Global Leadership
<ul>
<li>Lead and develop a distributed procurement operations team across regions, ensuring alignment, accountability, and operational excellence.</li>
<li>Serve as the global process owner for Procurement-owned processes in our S2P suite, partnering closely with our finance counterparts.</li>
<li>Partner closely with sourcing leaders, finance, AP, and legal to ensure processes and systems enable both agility and control.</li>
</ul>
Operational Excellence
<ul>
<li>Oversee the day-to-day execution of procurement operations globally, ensuring seamless purchasing, approvals, and payment processes.</li>
<li>Establish consistent global workflows and controls while allowing for regional flexibility.</li>
<li>Drive measurable improvements in process efficiency, automation, and policy compliance.</li>
</ul>
Transformation &amp; Automation
<ul>
<li>Lead global initiatives to modernize procurement operations through automation and AI-driven tools.</li>
<li>Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve speed, transparency, and stakeholder experience.</li>
<li>Embed a culture of continuous improvement and data-led decision making within the operations function.</li>
</ul>
Data Integrity &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Ensure high-quality data across procurement systems, providing visibility into spend, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Design and deliver dashboards and reporting to enable smarter, faster business decisions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with data teams to ensure procurement information is accurate, integrated, and actionable.</li>
</ul>
Cross-Functional Partnership
<ul>
<li>Partner with Finance, AP, Legal, and Technology teams to improve process alignment and eliminate friction.</li>
<li>Act as the primary operational liaison between Procurement and the broader business.</li>
<li>Represent procurement operations in key governance and transformation forums.</li>
</ul>

Who you are:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, supply chain, or a related field</li>
<li>10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or finance operations, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing high-performing teams across multiple regions or time zones.</li>
<li>Strong background in process transformation, automation, and digital enablement (AI or workflow automation experience a plus).</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to scale operational functions and implement standardized global processes.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of procure-to-pay processes, supplier management, and financial controls.</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.</li>
<li>Tools experience preferred: Coupa, Databricks, or similar S2P and data analytics platforms.</li>
<li>Analytical, systems-oriented mindset with an ability to translate data into operational insight.</li>

Procurement Operations Lead

<div>Optiver is looking for a Procurement Analyst to help enable and advance the business' technology strategy in an operationally sound and cost-effective manner. The Procurement function drives strategic initiatives to ensure Optiver is buying goods and serv ices in the most efficient way at the most competitive prices. We firmly believe in balancing a safe, orderly production environment with profitability and sustainable growth.

As a member of the Procurement team, you will individually drive a variety of purchasing initiatives, working with both internal and external stakeholders to purchase goods and services, reconcile our spend and be a steward of Procurement and Finance controls, and ensure that procurement processes operate efficiently and add continually add more value to the business. You will also collaborate with other members of the Procurement team to analyze our spend and find areas where we can optimize costs by improving how we buy critical tech components, determining what the optimal price point is for needed goods and services. If you are interested in gaining experience in both the business and technical sides of a market making trading firm while gaining Procurement experience, this role will provide that opportunity.

What you'll do:

As a Procurement Analyst, your key responsibilities include:

<li>Daily Procurement Operations &ndash; Purchase goods and services needed by the business - working with A/P, Legal, technical teams, and vendors to procure hardware, software, and services in a standardized fashion. Lead proactive communication with internal stakeholders with updates on expected timelines and progress of purchase requests</li>
<li>Reconciliation Process &ndash; Own the reconciliation processes of all procurement-owned</li>
<li>Investigate and dispute any discrepancies in a streamlined manner. Liaise with Finance, Accounts Payable &amp; Tax to ensure we are paying the right amounts, to the right vendors, at the right time</li>
<li>Vendor Relationship Management &ndash;Work with vendors to remediate any issues in the supply chain that may impact goods and service fulfillment. Lead point on vendor billing-related issues to ensure prompt resolution</li>
<li>Spend Analytics &amp; Reporting &ndash; Review and analyze spend to identify trends, patterns, and areas for cost optimization. Create value-add metrics from our spend data to share with owners, to ultimately equip the business for better decision-making</li>
<li>Process Development &ndash; Design and implement continuous updates to the Procurement and reconciliation processes in an effort to make the process more efficient and mature. Identify inefficiencies and build project plans to address and improve user experience</li>

<li>Ability to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies</li>

<li>Experience working in a technical environment</li>
