A great opportunity to work on a collaborative team reporting into the Head of Marketing and working within the talented Marketing Department, and closely with the Sales organization. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The ideal candidate is a passionate, customer-centric digital marketer with a relentless drive for developing content, and a track record of delivering ROI-positive content marketing programs at scale.
o Up to date with new online trends, SEO, CRM and able to transfer these into Optoma&rsquo;s online and social media marketing strategies that fit into the entire marketing roadmap for both B2B and B2C channels.
o Strong understanding &amp; experience of managing social channels and digital (PPC, SEO, online advertising) and direct marketing.
Drive and lead the digital marketing efforts:
o Ensure content provides clear benefits to the target audience, conveys the Optoma brand voice &amp; personality, and meets high quality standards; author &amp; execute content.
o Create and implement the digital/eMarketing and marketing programs to maximize sales and marketing investment.
o Work within Marketing Team to design banner programs, landing pages, and other creative materials to optimize Optoma&rsquo;s brand presence.
o Responsible for all online customer communication. Drive continued innovation in evolving content formats most effective at engaging our target audience.
o Design, execute, and optimize eBlast communications using MailChimp, Constant Contact, and analyzing metrics/results for both Optoma and its customers.
o Able to segment the database and nurture leads to help business units successfully transform the email lists into sales or reach other campaign goals.
o Able to manage the e-marketing database for both B2B and B2C channels.
o Develop ongoing digital marketing strategy, plan and execution and reporting.
Social Media - Responsible for Optoma&rsquo;s social media strategy and execution. Manage Optoma&rsquo;s presence on social media channels and communities, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Wikipedia to meet marketing goals:
o Create, re-purpose post content including videos and creative.
o Build stronger relationships with the online community and influencers
o Utilize the platforms to create buzz and promote brand and products.
o Drive traffic to optomausa.com through SEO techniques.
o Research, plan, and execute SEO, SEM and web analytics best practices to improve website traffic and ranking.
o Grow social media followers.
o Script writing and produce short videos.
Web site front end management :
o Manage all content and upload to the CMS platform for all three web sites USA, Mexico and Brazil; optomausa.com, optoma.mx and optoma.br
o Responsible for all product launch content to align with announcements
o Measurement and data reporting using Google Analytics to evaluate traffic and make recommendations to drive traffic and SEO.
o Ownership of content uploading via Website CMS and across other platforms.
o Demonstrable knowledge of website development &amp; optimization, with a passion for researching website functionality and competitor benchmarking. 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field preferred.</li><li> 3-5 years of experience in front end web site management, digital Marketing, CRM, direct marketing, social media marketing.</li><li> Experience building &amp; development communications across website &amp; social media platforms</li><li> Experience in analytics tools eg: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console and/or other SEO research tools</li><li> Superior knowledge of current eMarketing and Web design trends and techniques.</li><li> Knowledge of email marketing best practices and CAN SPAM compliance</li><li> Exceptional writing and editing skills.</li><li> Video production skills.</li><li> Cutting-edge knowledge of social media networks, and user experience with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Flickr required.</li><li> Working knowledge of reporting and project management tools such as: Google Analytics, CMS platforms, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Planner etc.</li></ul></div>
