Position Title: Telesales Executive Department: Sales &amp; MarketingRole OverviewThe Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships, and meeting/exceeding sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, persuasive skills, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.</li><li>Answer inbound calls, address inquiries, and provide product/service information.</li><li>Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.</li><li>Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue, etc.).</li><li>Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending customer decisions.</li><li>Handle customer objections and provide appropriate resolutions.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company sales scripts, policies, and compliance standards.</li><li>Contribute to team performance by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Customer-focused with a positive attitude.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.</li><li>Good listening and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>High school diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.</li><li>Knowledge of the industry/product line is an advantage.</li><li>Fluency in English and Hindi.</li></ul>Salary Range b/w : AED 2500 to AED 3000 (+ Attractive Incentive) Other Benefits: Employment Visa, Medical Insurance.Office Address:OPTUS Technology LLC 718, Block B Business Village Building Port Saeed Deira Dubai.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, ContractPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
