Responsibilities</b></h4><ul><li>
Call our prospective customers using a provided phone directory to sell merchandise/services or even solicit donations</li><li>
Answer all the incoming calls from potential clients.</li><li>
Write sales scripts to close the sale deals.</li><li>
Use documents to provide accurate details about the product&rsquo;s features, its price range, etc along with the benefits it offers.</li><li>
Ask logical questions to understand the customer&rsquo;s needs</li><li>
Persuade the clients to buy by explaining to them how the services or products meet their requirements</li><li>
Deal with doubts and complaints to secure the company&rsquo;s reputation.</li><li>
Prepare sales records and all the useful information</li><li>
Go &lsquo;extra mile&rsquo; to achieve sales targets and facilitate future sales</li></ul></div>
<div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h4><ul><li>
BA/BSc in any discipline. High school diploma candidates will also be considered</li><li>
Proven work experience as a Telemarketer, Sales Representative, or equivalent Customer Services/Sales role.</li><li>
Proven record of being able to achieve sales target</li><li>
Proficiency in the English Language will be a must</li><li>
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.</li><li>
Exceptional knowledge of sales talk techniques.</li><li>
Patient enough to deal with customer rejections.</li></ul></div></div>
