Responsibilities and Duties To plan, organize, and direct the activities of Civil and interior projects. Other job responsibilities to include:<ul><li>Be the SPOC for projects and handle the same from start till completion.</li><li>Obtain quotations from various vendors, suppliers and contractors and prepare Techno Commercial comparative statements.</li><li>Finalise contracts with vendor and suppliers and issue Purchase Orders.</li><li>Prepare Project Schedule and track progress during the course of the Project.</li><li>Coordinate with office and Site team and ensure all materials are ordered and orders are placed.</li><li>Track Project expenditure.</li><li>Develop and implement quality control programs.</li><li>Communicate with Clients on the project progress and prepare various reports like Weekly progress report, monthly report, cost analysis etc.</li><li>Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications</li><li>As a Project Coordinator/ Manager with min of 5 years of experience in Interior Fit-out Projects. Graduation from NICMAR is preferred. - To handle Corporate Interiors project, you need to:</li><li>Fluency in English and be able to communicate effectively with Clients.</li><li>Have good Project administration and Management skills.</li><li>Read and interpret drawings and specifications.</li><li>Have in-depth knowledge of materials, specifications and Estimation.</li><li>Use computer programs specific to the construction industry, such as scheduling and estimating software.</li><li>Use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and email software.</li><li>Have good interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li></ul>Note : Candidate with Residential &amp; apartment construction experience may please excuseJob Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;41,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Construction Project Management: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
