About The Role</h2>
We're hiring a Performance Creative Strategist to own ad creative strategy across our product portfolio, both OpusClip, our flagship clipping product, and Agent Opus, our agentic AI video creation product.
You'll sit at the intersection of creative and performance: analyzing what works, identifying whitespace opportunities, translating insights into creative hypotheses, and owning the execution of those ideas from brief to launch. You'll build the systems that connect creative insights directly to business outcomes.
This is a rare opportunity to shape how a fast-growing AI company approaches ad creative, not as an output, but as one of our most important growth levers. You'll work closely with our Head of Growth and external media buying partners in a small, fast-moving team with real ownership over the entire creative-to-performance loop.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You'll Do</h2><ul><li>
Own creative intelligence<ul><li>
Own creative analysis, reporting, and competitive intelligence to understand what's working and where we should test next.</li><li>
Build internal dashboards and creative analysis systems (using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar), or evaluate best-in-class SaaS solutions.</li><li>
Organize and quantify our creative coverage across different formats, angles, ICPs, and use cases to identify creative gaps and whitespace opportunities.</li><li>
Analyze our own ads and competitor creatives using tools such as Foreplay and other creative intelligence platforms to uncover winning patterns.</li><li>
Continuously benchmark competitors across creative volume, formats, messaging, hooks, and production quality.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Use creative to unlock growth<ul><li>
Partner closely with the Head of Growth to identify new ICP hypotheses, messaging opportunities, and use cases worth testing through paid creative.</li><li>
Develop creative hypotheses designed to unlock growth in both emerging and mature acquisition channels.</li><li>
Help determine which creative ideas deserve investment based on current business priorities and performance opportunities.</li></ul></li><li>
Own the creative production pipeline<ul><li>
Manage our end-to-end paid creative pipeline across multiple creative sources, including UGC creators, influencer content, static concepts, in-house production, and externally produced video creatives</li><li>
Own creative production from brief to launch, writing briefs, sourcing UGC creators, collaborating with designers and editors, requesting revisions, and ensuring quality before launch</li><li>
Prioritize creative production based on business needs while keeping multiple workstreams moving simultaneously</li></ul></li><li>
Partner with our outsourced media buyers
<ul><li>Work closely with our external media buying partners to maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality creative tests</li><li>
Develop a strong understanding of our ad account structure and testing roadmap to ensure creative and media buying remain tightly aligned</li></ul></li><li>
Drive company-wide creative insights<ul><li>
Translate creative learnings into actionable insights that influence product positioning, messaging, and broader marketing strategy</li><li>

Who We're Looking For</h2><ul><li>
Highly organized - You&rsquo;re type A in organization skills, without sacrificing creativity</li><li>
Good multitasker. You can context switch, no problem switching mindset between OpusClip versus Agent Opus</li><li>
Strong management skills over freelancers and other contractors. You draft clear instructions, address confusion early, and keep tight timelines on track</li><li>
You live and breathe ad creative strategy and social media. Your camera roll and bookmarks are overflowing creatives you want to draw inspiration from, and you&rsquo;re on the cutting edge of social media and what video formats are on the rise.</li><li>
Hyper aware of the AI landscape (frontier labs, major application layer companies) and AI creative tool landscape. You know the selling points, the objections, and what the competitive landscape looks like. (Some nuance can be learned on the job, but you should come with a decent understanding of the market landscape)</li><li>
Creative is your expertise, but you still &ldquo;know enough to be dangerous&rdquo; about raw media buying:<ul><li>
You understand the post-Andromeda world, + role of creative strategy vs media buying</li><li>

About the Role</h2>
We are looking for a senior, full-cycle Account Executive to join our B2B team and grow OpusClip's business and enterprise customer base. You will generate pipeline, run discovery, demonstrate the product, navigate complex buying groups, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business.
This is not a role for someone who depends on an established territory, a traditional BDR team, or a fixed sales playbook. Our go-to-market motion is AI-native and supported by GTM engineering (Anthropic wrote about us here), but Account Executives are expected to create a meaningful share of their own pipeline.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Own the Full Sales Cycle</h3><ul><li>
Prospect into target accounts and generate a meaningful share of your own pipeline.</li><li>

Qualify rigorously for customer need, urgency, product fit, and likelihood of long-term success.</li><li>

What We're Looking For</h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Required</h3><ul><li>
5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, including ownership of the full sales cycle.</li><li>
A demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.</li><li>
Experience closing six-figure enterprise contracts with multiple stakeholders and long, complex sales cycles.</li><li>
Ability and willingness to close smaller $20,000&ndash;$50,000 opportunities efficiently while building larger strategic deals.</li><li>
Strong outbound and pipeline-generation skills; you do not wait for qualified meetings to appear on your calendar.</li><li>
Excellent discovery, demonstration, negotiation, and closing ability.</li><li>
Disciplined forecasting and pipeline management, with evidence that you build multiple paths to target.</li><li>
Experience succeeding in a startup or another fast-changing environment with limited structure.</li><li>
Adaptability: you can learn new products, buyers, industries, and sales motions quickly.</li><li>

Industry relationships are welcome, but they are not a substitute for sales craft. We are looking for a proven seller who can create opportunities and close business beyond an existing personal network.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

You will ramp into the product, market, and active pipeline quickly, then build repeatable pipeline of your own. You will close near-term opportunities without losing focus on enterprise accounts, forecast with accuracy, and demonstrate that you can move between different customer segments as our business evolves.
Success means consistently delivering revenue while bringing in customers who adopt OpusClip, realize value, and are positioned to renew and expand.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
