Our collaborative environment allows you to work closely with all trades associated with A/E.Roles and Responsibilities:&middot; Develop creative and practical design concepts that align with project objectives.&middot; Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings using industry-standard software (Revit).&middot; Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of design elements.&middot; Conduct code research and design analysis to inform design decisions and comply with applicable codes and regulations.&middot; Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts using REVIT and addressing client feedback.&middot; Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.&middot; Monitor project progress, ensuring that design milestones and deadlines are met.&middot; Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities.&middot; Contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment, fostering creativity and innovation within the team.Job Requirements:&middot; A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, REVIT drafting, or related field is preferred.&middot; Minimum 1-2 years experience in working on diverse architectural projects, including residential, commercial.&middot; Proficiency in industry-standard software (Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite).&middot; General understanding of basic building codes, regulations, and construction practices, and how to research any areas within.&middot; Qualified design and visualization skills, demonstrated through accuracy in portfolio presentation, or projects.&middot; Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail is a MUST.&middot; Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.&middot; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet critical deadlines.&middot; Basic knowledge of sustainable design principles and technologies.If you are driven by creativity and possess the technical skills to bring your designs to life, we want to hear from you.
