Our culture is built on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to creating an inclusive environment where people grow and succeed.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle BPM Implementation Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing business process automation using Oracle BPM Suite (11g/12c). The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, process modeling, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support across multiple business domains.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead end-to-end implementation of business processes using Oracle BPM Suite (11g/12c).</li><li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into BPMN 2.0 process models.</li><li>Configure and implement Human Tasks, Business Rules, Error Handling, and Process Analytics.</li><li>Integrate BPM processes with external systems using Oracle SOA Suite, REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.</li><li>Develop, configure, and deploy BPEL, Mediator, and OSB components.</li><li>Manage complete implementation lifecycle including design, development, testing, and UAT.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of process automation projects.</li><li>Perform system tuning, troubleshooting, and provide post-implementation support.</li><li>Prepare detailed documentation such as SRS, technical design documents, test cases, and deployment guides.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle BPM Suite (11g/12c).</li><li>Strong understanding of BPMN, workflow automation, and process orchestration.</li><li>Proven experience in Oracle SOA Suite, including BPEL, Mediator, and OSB.</li><li>Proficiency in Java, XML, XSD, XSLT, JDeveloper, and WebLogic.</li><li>Solid grasp of integration patterns and enterprise architecture concepts.</li><li>Experience implementing BPM/SOA solutions across multiple business modules.</li><li>Hands-on experience in deployment, migration, and environment setup.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and client-interaction skills.</li><li>Experience conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and working directly with business users.</li><li>Experience in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs420,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
