*Overview*We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person will be traveling between our West Bend, and Fond du Lac offices.This role is crucial in providing exceptional administrative support and customer service to our patients and staff.The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, outgoing, and highly organized. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task, in a fast paced environment.*Pay Based on Experience**Duties*- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence- Schedule and confirm appointments-Verify patient insurance information-Present dental treatment, and financial arrangements with patients- Maintain office cleanliness and organization- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed*Requirements*- Proven experience in office management and administrative support- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail- Excellent customer service skills- Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently- Proficiency in calendar management software- Experience working in a dental and/or medical office requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
